Common questions
Can I cancel Membership?
Yes. Use Manage billing in your members area. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund on a yearly Membership?
If you change your mind, ask within 48 hours of paying for a full refund. Your access ends when the refund is made. After 48 hours, yearly Membership isn't refundable for change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
Is this financial advice?
No. Everything we offer, including Platinum and Black Label sessions, is general education. We don't tell you what to buy, sell or hold. For advice about your own situation, speak to a licensed financial adviser.
How do Platinum sessions work?
You get 12 one-to-one education sessions a year. The first 6 are weekly, so you build momentum, and you book the other 6 whenever suits you during your year.
What if I need help urgently?
Use the Urgent help link at the bottom of any page to request a private session: one hour with Matthew, A$500 one-off, for a problem that can't wait such as a suspected scam or lost access to an account. You don't need to be a member. If a further call with another expert would help, its cost is discussed with you on the call. It's general education, not personal advice.
Why is Platinum by application?
Places are limited to 20 members so every session gets proper time and preparation. Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
