How it works
- Request a session below and tell us, in a few words, what has happened.
- We get back to you as soon as we can to arrange a time and take the fee.
- In the hour, Matthew works through what has happened with you, in confidence, and the options open to you.
- If it would help, we may suggest a further call with another expert. Any cost for that is discussed with you on the call, and nothing is booked without your agreement.
Right now
- Never share your seed phrase, private keys or passwords, with us or anyone else. Anyone who asks for them is not us.
- If money has just been taken, contact your bank or exchange straight away, then report it at ReportCyber and Scamwatch, or your local police outside Australia.
- We answer requests as soon as we can but can't promise a set response time, so don't wait on us to take those steps.
