Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Crypto Wealth Group website, courses and tools. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Everything we provide is general education about money, Bitcoin and other digital assets. We don't know your objectives, financial situation or needs, and we never tell you what to buy, sell or hold. Examples, projections and calculator results are illustrations, not forecasts or recommendations. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Before you make a financial, tax or legal decision, consider whether it suits your circumstances and get advice from a professional who is licensed where you live.

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Accounts are for one person and can't be shared. You can turn on two-step sign-in from your account page, and we recommend it.

Membership is billed monthly or yearly in Australian dollars through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You can cancel at any time from your members area: you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again. If we refund a monthly payment in full, your membership stops renewing and ends at the close of that month.

If you join yearly and change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 48 hours of paying by emailing cryptowealthgroup@proton.me. The refund ends your access straight away. After 48 hours, yearly membership isn't refundable for change of mind.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a refund.

Platinum and Black Label are by application, and places are limited. Sessions are one-to-one general education, not personal financial advice. We agree the details of each programme with you in writing before you pay.

Because we hold your place and set aside session time for you, Platinum and Black Label are not refundable if you change your mind after paying. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a service isn't delivered with due care and skill, or as we agreed, you may be entitled to a refund or another remedy.

The high-growth call about Platinum needs an A$200 deposit when you book. If you join Platinum, it comes off your Platinum fee. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the call, we refund it in full. If you don't join, or cancel later or miss the call, we keep it, because the time was set aside for you.

A private urgent session is general education too, for a problem that can't wait. It is one hour with Matthew for a one-off fee of A$500. If we suggest a further call with another expert, its cost is discussed with you first and nothing is booked without your agreement. We answer requests as soon as we can but can't promise a set response time, so in an emergency also contact your bank or exchange and the authorities straight away.

Our calculators show what happens under the numbers you enter. They don't predict prices or returns, and the results depend entirely on your inputs. Check important figures independently.

The courses, book, worksheets, illustrations and tools belong to Crypto Wealth Group or the people who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own learning. Please don't copy, resell or share paid content publicly.

Don't try to get around access checks, interfere with the site or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why where we can.

We work hard to keep our material accurate and up to date, but laws, tax rules and markets change and we can't guarantee everything is current. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from decisions you make using general education from this site. This doesn't exclude any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms. If a change affects paying members, we will tell you by email before it applies. Questions are welcome at cryptowealthgroup@proton.me.
