Membership Tiers

We offer various membership tiers (Gold, Platinum, Accelerator) with different benefits and pricing. By purchasing a membership, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Comply with the specific terms and conditions of your membership tier
• Use membership benefits solely for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not share your membership access with others

Membership Duration and Renewal

Memberships may be offered as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your membership if you do not wish to continue.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
• Pay all charges incurred by you or anyone using your account
• Pay applicable taxes
• Update your payment information promptly if it changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing memberships until renewal.

7. Refund Policy

Digital Books & Ebooks — No Refunds

Membership Programs

Membership programs (Gold, Accelerator, Platinum) may include a limited money-back period as specified at the time of purchase. Where a guarantee is offered, refund requests must be submitted before the stated deadline. Refunds will not be granted after this period, or for failure to use the service.

Coaching & Advisory Deposits

Onboarding deposits for Elite 1:1 Coaching are refundable only if the qualification call determines the program is not a suitable fit, as assessed by Crypto Wealth Group at our sole discretion. Once coaching engagements have commenced, deposits and fees are non-refundable.

Technical Errors & Billing Mistakes

If you have been charged in error or experienced a verified technical failure preventing any access to purchased content, please contact us at cryptowealthgroup@proton.me within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve at our discretion.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
